Russell Olson, CPWA®

Financial Advisor


Russ started his career in the financial services industry in 1997. He joined Financial Consulting Services, Inc., in 2012. Russ focuses his business on income distribution strategies for retirees, retirement solutions for individuals who have publicly traded stock in their company retirement plans, and high-net-worth individuals who are looking to simplify their investment process. Russ regularly works with the GBEA and many of his clients are members. 

Russ earned a bachelor’s of business administration at St. Norbert College before completing his MS in financial markets from Illinois Institute of Technology. He has his FINRA Series 7, 8, and 63 registrations, which are held through Commonwealth Financial Network®, along with his life insurance license in Wisconsin.

Russ was raised in Lena, Wisconsin, and now resides in Little Suamico with his wife, Charity; their daughter; and two golden retrievers. He enjoys hunting and is an avid golfer. Russ is also a member of the IMCA (Investment Management Consultants Association), a Ducks Unlimited lifetime sponsor, and a board member of the Wisconsin Waterfowl Association.

Christopher M. Lamal, CFP®

Financial Advisor

Chris started his career in the financial services industry more than 14 years ago. He joined Financial Consulting Services, Inc., in 2013. Chris focuses on retirement planning strategies for clients looking to earn income. He also works with families to create a financial profile to plan for important events, such as weddings and educational expenses.

Chris earned his bachelor's degree in banking and finance at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. He has his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations (held through Commonwealth Financial Network®), along with his health and life insurance licenses in Wisconsin.

Chris grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and now lives in Bellevue with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Nickolas. Chris spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corp. and is an Eagle Scout. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing all kinds of sports. Chris also enjoys helping in the community by coaching football and soccer and leading a Cub Scout den.

Raymond J Krusic

Financial Advisor

Ray started his career in the financial services industry in 1990 at Merrill Lynch, and moved to Morgan Stanley in 2008.  After working at these two major firms for over 28 years, Ray decided to affiliate with Commonwealth Financial Network by joining their Green Bay office, known locally as Financial Consulting Services, Inc.  He focuses on helping retirees generate a comfortable and tax-efficient retirement income.

In financial and investment planning, maturity and experience mean a lot.  Ray has helped his clients through many market cycles and events.  He understands that the financial industry can be difficult to understand, so he prides himself on his ability to make complex planning strategies easy to understand for his clients.

Ray earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and worked for 4 years as an engineer with a large corporation.  After several moves, Ray decided to make a career change where he could help people manage their finances and simplify their life.

Ray has lived in Green Bay for the past 28 years with his wife Becky of 32 years, and raised four children.  Now that all four children have graduated from college, Ray and Becky reside in Suamico with their two cats and two dogs.  Ray’s wife Becky also owns three bridal stores, including Elaine’s in Green Bay and Appleton.

Amanda Hanley

Office Manager - Registered

Amanda joined Financial Consulting Services, Inc. as Office Manager and Registered Assistant in May of 2005. She is the first point of client contact, and manages day to day operations for the practice.  Amanda has her FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations, held through Commonwealth Financial Network, as well as her Life, Variable Life/Variable Annuity insurance license through the state of Wisconsin.  Additionally, she holds a commission as a Notary Public for the state of Wisconsin.

Amanda is originally from northern Illinois and landed in Wisconsin via San Francisco, Orlando, and Washington D.C.  She lives in Suamico with her husband, John, and their three children.  They are very active in their parish and community and in their free time enjoy bonfires with friends, the occasional camping trip, and trying to keep up with yard work.

Richard J. Feldhausen

Dick is the former executive director of the Green Bay Education Association. He is an authority on the Wisconsin Retirement System and has helped numerous local school district retirees and pre-retirees feel confident and comfortable about their futures.

Dick provides estimates on what the Wisconsin Retirement System will pay depending upon your age at retirement. He will advise on when it may be best to retire and whether accelerating one's benefit is a good option. He also provides advice on social security benefits and insurance options in retirement. This service is beneficial to anyone at any age. Members in their 30s or 40s will get a better idea of what they need to put aside for retirement in order to retire comfortably.  Members in their 50s and 60s will get a good idea of how long they need to work and when retirement is a real possibility.

A retired school teacher himself, Dick is working with us to better prepare teachers, administrators, and staff of the Green Bay Public Schools, and surrounding districts, for retirement. Please contact our office for more information.

In his spare time, you can find Dick on any number of golf courses perfecting his game or playing proud grandpa to his many grandchildren. Dick lives in Allouez with his wife, Jayne.
